49-year-old billboard worker, David Fricker, wound up in hospital last week after he fell from a rooftop sign that he was assigned to, which just happened to be for personal injury law firm, Cellino & Barnes (pictured).
The ten-foot drop caused a fractured back and a pretty serious concussion, and Mr Fricker is now recovering in a local hospital in Brooklyn, New York, where the accident happened.
It seems that Mr Fricker was wearing a harness at the time, but the cause of his fall hasn’t been confirmed. Thankfully, his injuries don’t appear life threatening.
Guess he knows who to call if he wants to sue…
