Only in America: Trump “works harder than any President” – according to himself

The US President has jumped to his own defence after journalists from Axios leaked three months of his private schedule which showed he spends around 60 per cent of his day in so-called “executive time” – hours where there is nothing specific for him to do.

Trump immediately took to Twitter to undermine the significance of the leak, saying that obtaining his schedule was “very easy to do” but that it “should have been reported as a positive, not negative.”

The President also very humbly pointed out that when he took over office the country “was a mess” and he “had no choice but to work very long hours.”

He returned to the Internet once more a few hours later to reassert his feelings with a Tweet saying “No president ever worked harder than me (cleaning up the mess I inherited)!”

Guess now we know where he finds the time to watch Fox News.
