The US President tweeted the video in response to the US Senate voting to acquit him on two charges of abuse of power and obstruction of justice following a two-week trial.
The Senate ended up voting 52 to 48 on the first charge and 53 to 47 on the second, with just one Republican Senator Mitt Romney breaking with his party to vote against Trump on one article.
The acquittal – which was expected – comes after an earlier vote last month on whether to call witnesses failed, ending the trial and making it the first impeachment trial to hear from no witnesses.
The clip – which Trump has posted before – shows a montage of a 2018 Time magazine cover that jokingly showed him as President for the next several centuries.
