A condom company has launched a kids’ TV show. Why?

Four Seasons Condoms has launched the animation series ‘The Extendables’ to keep young children entertained – while their parents get to entertain each other.

four-seasons-2Created by Marcel, the cartoon features four puppets trying to land their spaceship on earth.

Using a code from a mobile phone entered into a tablet, computer or smart TV, parents can control the show from wherever they are in the house.

This gives them 12 minutes of ‘alone’ time’, with the ability to extend the show by another five minutes when there’s one minute left.

The app also has a motion sensor which sends an alert to warn if the kids move away from the screen.

Four Seasons says they developed the app after research revealed almost three quarters of Australian parents (73 per cent) had been interrupted by their kids during sex (haven’t we all been there!)
