The ballet company is giving everyone the chance to fulfil their prima donna fantasies, with a series of free online barre and tone classes, now available on its website.
Suitable for any age and ability level, the 30-minute sessions include a range of exercises and poses – designed to build strength, balance and posture – with all the moves designed to be performed in the comfort of your home.
A dedicated seniors’ class is also available.
With research proving older people who do ballet on a regular basis have more energy and better flexibility and posture, we’d say it’s time to get your pirouette on.
