Zest is an eight-week online fitness program designed specifically for the 50s, 60s and 70s plus, that’s just been launched by Varlah, an Australian fitness streaming service.
Headed up by personal trainer Wendi Carroll, best known for her appearances on 90’s TV show Aerobics Oz Style, it offers video workouts that can be streamed to any device with an Internet connection so you can work out from home.
The eight-week program includes online daily workouts for every fitness level plus a nutrition guide and meal plan, workout calendar and an online forum for users.
It does cost $69.95 – but once purchased, you have access to the online portal for life.
With only one in ten of us Aussies over the age of 50 doing enough exercise to get any cardiovascular benefit, it’s a great idea.
I’m in.
