Can you believe it? Yes, it’s true – an Australian couple is offering up their Pacific Ocean resort to the winner of a $US49 raffle ticket.
Located on the second largest island in Micronesia, the Kosrae Nautilus Resort has 16 rooms, restaurant, bar and swimming pool and has been run by owners Doug and Sally Beitz for the past 20 years. Now looking to return to Australia, they are holding a raffle for the resort, plus their scuba diving business and $US10,000 ($AU13,500) in cash.
The raffle is open to anyone in the world over the age of 21 and will be drawn on July 26 provided 50,000 tickets are sold.
