The promised land for beer lovers everywhere!
Craft brewing giant BrewDog, from Scotland, is going ahead with its plans to open Australia’s first ever craft beer hotel, The DogHouse Brisbane, in Queensland.
The company is in the midst of a two-year expansion which includes the creation of the Brisbane venue and another in New Zealand by 2023.
The company has an existing brewery and bar, the DogTap, in Brisbane and will build the craft beer hotel onto it.
DogHouse Brisbane, which will be a pet friendly establishment, will be equipped with shower beer fridges and hotel-room draft beer taps (pictured).
Even the soap and bodywash for every guest will contain beer – no thank you!
The hotel is modelled after the brewers first beer hotel in Columbus, Ohio, in the USA, which we reported on here.
That hotel contains 32 rooms and eight deluxe suites.
So, for all the beer lovers out there, make sure to get your reservations in early when the BrewDog hotel is finally opened in mid-2022.
