If you thought the former US President was going to disappear quietly into the night, we hate to say it but you were sorely mistaken.
You might have caught the news that the one-time reality TV show star/former Leader of the Free World was acquitted in his second impeachment trial.
Instead of keeping to himself, Mr Trump used this news as an opportunity to attack Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, who had voted to acquit the former president.
In a statement, Mr Trump said, “Mitch is a dour, sullen, and unsmiling political hack, and if Republican Senators are going to stay with him, they will not win again.”
Ouch!
Just another sign that you probably don’t want to be on the wrong side of Mr Trump.
