The comedy world lost one of its greats this week with the death of Terry Jones at the age of 77 after a long battle with dementia.
A successful director, screenwriter and author, Jones will be best remembered however as a member of the British comedy troupe which became a phenomenon in the 1970s – and not least for this memorable cinematic moment.
