We are proud to announce our village manager program is growing by the day, with 46 new members welcomed in the last month.
With 275 village managers now enrolled in just eight months since the April launch, the program is the first professional development program to support village management, deliver better resident outcomes and better business outcomes for operators.
Participants in the program are trained on dementia, ageism, regulations around fire emergencies, guidance with home and aged care, and much more.
This week’s Professional Development Day in Sydney saw 110 Village Managers take part, with overwhelmingly positive feedback.
New members can join at any time for the 12-month rolling program of learning, which includes four Professional Development Days in each state.
