I’m sure Donald Trump has many attributes, but empathy may not be one of them after his strange response to commemorating 9/11.
Even as President, it appears he seems to see everything through a simple lens: “Me, me, me and how does this affect, well, me.”
Trump started the day as he often does on Twitter, and even as 8.46am approached, the exact time that the first plane hit the World Trade Centre, he kept at it and it wasn’t anything to do with 9/11.
And the tweets went on.
