UK comedy writer James Felton created a furious social media storm with a post that claimed he likes to drink milk and Coca-Cola – together.
Felton says it’s a real – and even common – drink that people in his home town of Birmingham love, and to prove his point he tweeted several photos of himself enjoying the beverage.
The reaction on Twitter was intense to say the least, labelling the drink “disgusting” and “vomit-worthy”, with one user even saying they were contacting Felton’s loved ones to “stage an intervention”.
Others reacted a little differently, even weighing in on the conversation with their own wild beverage combinations – like Ribena or Mountain Dew and milk.
