Hunks in trunks: UK aged care home treats female residents to dinner – served by nude butlers

First, pole dancing. Now a group of residents at Milton Lodge in Essex have been served up a roast dinner by naked butlers after a request by one of the women.

The home runs an initiative where staff raise money to grant the wishes of residents and activities coordinator Claire Martin says 89-year-old resident Joan Corp has been clear about what she wants.

“Whenever you ask Joan what she want’s that days she always says, ‘a man’. So, we weren’t surprised when she wanted it to be her wish,” she said.

“We had a chat here and everyone was really keen to support it.”

The lads, from the cheekily named ‘Hunks in Trunks’, served up a three-course meal to 11 residents and their daughters and granddaughters and even gave massages which went down well – one 99-year-old resident has already requested a repeat performance for her 100th birthday.

“I had the front seat. It made quite a change and the boys did well,” resident Gladas Smith said.

We’ve got to give the home points for thinking outside the square – and if it brightens the residents’ day, why not?

According to Milton Lodge, the male residents have now requested their own dinner which they are looking to make happen.

Well, we’re all in favour of equality…
